Overview

Each item is custom printed on demand for you. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size/design selection.

Quality Guarantee

If your item is defective, damaged, or of poor quality, contact biblenow.app@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos showing the problem

After verification with our production partner, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund if replacement is not possible.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, email biblenow.app@gmail.com. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or being unclaimed, place a new order with the correct details. Once confirmed, we can refund the product cost of the original order; you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

Color Consistency

Minor color variations may occur due to screens, lighting, and printing processes. These are within industry tolerances and not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Because products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not offered for reasons unrelated to product quality or delivery issues.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Email biblenow.app@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item with your order number, issue description, and photos. We will reply within 2–3 business days with next steps.
